These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between q98win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "Player", "you", "your") who registers an account with, accesses, browses, or uses any service offered through q98win and its associated web properties including q98win.net.

By completing the q98win registration process, clicking "I Agree" or any similar acknowledgement, or by continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using q98win and close your account.

These Terms apply to all q98win services including but not limited to: the sports betting sportsbook, the live dealer casino, all slot games, fishing arcade games, crash and instant-win games, the member portal, the cashier function, all promotions and bonuses, and customer support interactions.

To register an account with q98win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.

q98win further reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q98win account credentials — including your registered mobile number, password, and any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered device. q98win will never contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email requesting your account password or full OTP. Any such communication purporting to be from q98win should be reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify q98win immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your registered mobile device is lost or stolen, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. q98win will take reasonable steps to suspend your account pending investigation upon notification.

• All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your q98win account are your responsibility, whether or not they were made by you personally.
• Account sharing — allowing another individual to access or use your q98win account — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• q98win cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

q98win accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Accepted methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash where available. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

You warrant that all funds deposited to your q98win account are legitimately sourced and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. q98win reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be subject to additional verification and may be returned to source.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the q98win Cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. q98win processes withdrawal requests within the following standard timelines, subject to account verification status and any active wagering requirements on bonus funds:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: within 5 minutes during normal operating hours.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank: 30 minutes to 2 hours.

The following general bonus terms apply across all q98win promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Each promotional offer is available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum bet sizes apply while bonus funds are active. Bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit during active bonus play may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
• Free spins are valid on designated games only and expire after the period stated in each promotion.
• Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses over the defined period and are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Game results are final once the outcome has been registered by the game server. Disconnections, browser crashes, or mobile data interruptions occurring during active gameplay do not constitute grounds for bet reversal. q98win reserves the right to void game results or entire game sessions in the event of technical malfunction, software errors, or data corruption that demonstrably affected the fairness of the outcome. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's account balance.

The q98win sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and global tournaments), football, basketball, UFC, tennis, and other sports as listed in the Platform at any given time. The following terms govern all sports betting activity on q98win:

• Bets are accepted only on clearly displayed markets and odds at the time the bet is placed. q98win reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or remove betting options at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member except through the Cash Out feature where explicitly available.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to signal delays. q98win reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant game event has occurred but before the Platform has registered the event outcome.
• Abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events will be treated in accordance with the specific event rules displayed at the time of betting. Where no specific rules apply, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per bet selection and per event. Current limits are displayed in the bet placement interface.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets at q98win to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting discrepancies with other bookmakers — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on q98win and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one q98win account, or assisting another individual in circumventing the one-account restriction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with, exploit, or gain an unfair advantage on the q98win platform.
• Collusion between players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats to manipulate outcomes or divide winnings in a manner inconsistent with independent play.
• Using q98win for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any activity that constitutes an offence under applicable financial crime legislation.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses and employing strategies specifically designed to exploit wagering requirements.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the q98win platform, reverse-engineer any game or software component, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Sharing your q98win account with another individual or accessing another Member's account without their explicit authorisation.

q98win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any provision of these Terms has been breached. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to those listed in Section 9 above.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, q98win will preserve the account balance and communicate with the Member regarding the steps required to resolve the suspension where resolution is possible. Where an account is permanently closed due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance associated with bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with the prohibited activity may be returned at q98win's discretion after any outstanding investigations are concluded.

Members may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting q98win support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned via the Member's registered withdrawal method.

q98win is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members as standard features accessible through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the PKR amount deposited to your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 24 hours to activate.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per session, per day, per week, or per month.
• Wagering Limits: Set maximum total bet amounts across defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts at configurable intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the q98win platform for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed by the Member during the exclusion period.

All content on the q98win platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, source code, data compilations, trademarks, and service marks — is the intellectual property of q98win or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in q98win's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered Member.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, adapt, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any q98win content without express prior written consent from q98win's authorised representatives. Any unauthorised use of q98win intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q98win, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses from bets placed on sports, casino games, or any other wagering product.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or communication errors outside q98win's direct control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". q98win makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. q98win's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by q98win is governed by q98win's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the q98win Privacy Policy. In summary, q98win collects personal information necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and the provision of its services. q98win does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which q98win is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding account balances, bet settlements, bonus terms, or account suspension — shall first be referred to q98win's customer support team for attempted informal resolution.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, disputes may be submitted for formal review through q98win's internal dispute resolution process, the details of which are available from the q98win support team. q98win's decision on disputed matters is final subject to any rights of appeal under the terms of its operating licence.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or gaming regulation legislation.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via a notice on the Platform's main page and/or by direct communication to your registered contact information, where required by applicable regulations, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of q98win after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date stated at the top of this document, supersedes all previous versions. In the event of any discrepancy between translated or summarised versions and the English-language text of these Terms, the English-language text shall prevail.
